Our Women’s Self-Defense program is taught using aspects of personal safety and self-defense geared especially for women. In our program, students are not only taught striking and defense techniques as part of our traditional martial arts program, but they will also learn key aspects of situational awareness. Through our instruction, our students will be empowered to predict, identify, avoid violence and as a last resort, be able to protect themselves against the most common types of attacks and assaults that you will potentially have to face.
